What is Helix Stadium Native?

Helix Stadium Native is a plugin for your DAW that features all the amp, cab, and effects from Helix Stadium, as well as Proxy^TM clone and Cab IR loading. Its presets are fully compatible with Helix Stadium XL and Helix Stadium Floor hardware so you can effortlessly transfer your tones from the studio to the stage and back again.

How is Helix Stadium Native different from the Helix Stadium app?

The Helix Stadium app is a remote macOS/Window editor and librarian for Helix Stadium hardware. Conversely, Helix Stadium Native includes all of Helix Stadium’s amps, preamps, cabs, effects, and other DSP solutions as a native plugin within your DAW software, without the need for Helix Stadium hardware. You can add as many instances of Stadium Native as your computer’s horsepower allows—in fact, it’s common for producers and engineers to add plugins like Helix Stadium Native not just on guitar and bass tracks, but also synths, vocals, drum busses, bagpipes, nose flutes, you name it. (Pro Tip: Modulation > Retro Reel sounds awesome on almost everything.)

The only thing I get over Helix Native is Agoura^TM amps, right?

First, you get whatever Agoura amps are available now… and those we release in the future. But there are numerous other advantages:

Can presets made in Helix Stadium Native be loaded into OG Helix Native or Helix/HX boxes?

No.

Can I disable Hardware Compatibility Mode to expand the simultaneous block count beyond that of Helix Stadium XL/Floor?

Yes, but only with the full and 15-day trial licenses.

How many computers can I install Stadium Native onto?

Licensing is tied to your Line 6 account and up to four computers can share a single license.

What happens when the 15-day trial is up?

All instances of Stadium Native will then reflect the Intro amps, cabs, and effects above. You can upgrade to the full license at any time, and no extra plugin management is required—All existing DAW projects with the Intro set will suddenly reflect the full set.

The free Intro license doesn’t include exactly what I want! Why didn’t you give us [specific amp or effect] instead?

Huh. We’ll just have to give you your money back then.

I use OG Helix Native. Will upgrading to Stadium Native overwrite Helix Native instances in my DAW?

Nope. Stadium Native and Helix Native appear as separate plugins.

This is terrible timing. I JUST bought OG Helix Native!

No worries; there’s a 60-day grace period. If you purchased and registered Helix Native on or after June 4th 2026, you can upgrade to the full license of Helix Stadium Native for free.

Is Helix Native going away?

We’re keeping the $99.99 version for registered Helix Floor/Rack/LT and HX Effects/Stomp/Stomp XL owners so they can maintain preset compatibility, and we’ll continue to update all versions as Helix/HX hardware is updated (as well as provide maintenance updates). However, there’s no reason to buy the other versions so they’re being fully replaced by Helix Stadium Native.
